Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Piper, an AI-powered B2B sales signal intelligence platform operated by Meetline (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Piper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Piper, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use Piper.

2. Description of Service

Piper is an AI-powered B2B sales intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information — including funding announcements, job postings, leadership changes, competitor reviews, news, and other signals — and surfaces the most relevant buying intent signals to sales teams based on their configured Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

The Service includes signal scanning, AI-assisted outreach drafting, ICP configuration, team seat management, and associated APIs and integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information and keeping it up to date
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account, including activity by invited team members
  • Notifying us immediately at piper@mymeetline.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account outside of the seat-sharing features provided by the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Piper only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to individuals identified through signal data
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from Piper beyond what is provided through official export features
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable data protection or privacy laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train AI models
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, token limits, or security controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

Piper is offered on several subscription plans with different token allocations and seat limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (or our billing processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Token Usage and Limits

Certain actions within Piper consume tokens from your monthly allocation (e.g. AI outreach drafts, signal exports, CRM sync). Token allocations reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

If you exceed your plan's token allocation, you will be unable to perform token-consuming actions until the next billing period, or you may be charged an overage rate as shown in your plan details. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit.

Piper reserves the right to apply reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse, even within stated allocations.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All software, designs, AI models, prompts, and content comprising Piper are the intellectual property of Meetline or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your ICP configuration, outreach drafts you create, and any data you upload. By using the Service, you grant Meetline a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Signal Data

Signal data sourced from public web pages is not owned by Meetline or by you. It is derived from publicly available information and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for how you act on that information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Piper is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Signal data reflects publicly available information and may not be current, complete, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Piper.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Meetline in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meetline, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination before being permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
